Airservices is a government owned corporation of approximately 3800 staff providing safe, secure, efficient and environmentally responsible services to the aviation industry, managing air traffic operations for around 75 million passengers every year.

Airservices staff include approximately 950 air traffic controllers who work from two major centres in Melbourne and Brisbane, four terminal control units and 28 towers at international and regional airports.

Airservices Australia also employ more than 280 technical officers around the country and approximately 740 aviation rescue and fire fighters who work at 21 of the nation’s busiest airports. Also recruit people to specific roles in areas including finance and human resources.
