Duties
We are looking for an enthusiastic staff member with an interest and experience in delivering governance and support for programmes and projects from within a Project Management Office.

You will independently support programme and project activities through quality assurance controls. You will provide support by undertaking analysis and reporting on programmes and projects. You will liaise and communicate with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders. You will work within a small team environment and be able to operate with limited supervision.

DPS uses the PRINCE2 methodology as the primary framework for the delivery of projects.

Job Description

Duties
The Department of Parliamentary Services (DPS) is recruiting an Executive Officer to the Secretary. The successful applicant will provide high level administrative assistance to the Secretary and support the Secretary's role in managing the delivery of integrated services and facilities at Parliament House.

Key requirements of the position are proven administrative experience, strong communication skills, and an ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
