The Crown Estate Jobs Vacancy

The Crown Estate is a commercial property business. We act at all times with integrity and are committed to careful stewardship of the assets we have been trusted to manage.

We are above all a commercial organisation, tasked by Parliament with enhancing the value of the £7 billion property portfolio we manage and generating a profit for the benefit of the nation.

Working to a clear investment strategy, in the last year we concluded over £1 billion of property transactions, including sales and acquisitions, but also some of the most ambitious redevelopment schemes in the heart of London. We manage one of nation's largest rural estates, and are also investing over £100 million alongside some of the world's largest energy companies, to help drive the UK's emerging offshore renewable energy industry.

But The Crown Estate is more than just a property company and across the country our commercial approach delivers results not just for the nation but also for the communities in which we operate.

If you apply for one of our roles, we’ll acknowledge your application so that you know we have received it safely. Once we have reviewed all the applications, we will contact you to let you know whether or not you are successful in progressing to the interview stage.

If we would like to meet with you, we will contact you to arrange an interview. If you haven’t been successful this time, we will let you know and are happy to give you feedback on why we feel your application hasn’t met our criteria.

We will tailor our interview and selection process to the role. We might also ask you to complete a short test or assessment to demonstrate your knowledge and experience. We see the application process as a two way street – for us to get to know you and the skills and experience you might bring to our business, but also for you to get to know us and see if we are right for you. With all of this in mind, we wish you the very best of luck with your application.
